SHIPPING POLICY

Valley Bee Honey currently ships within the United States.

PROCESSING

Orders are processed before shipment. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $6.99.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $69 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Valley Bee Honey’s control may affect delivery times.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, or packages delayed or lost while in transit, please contact us so we can review the available tracking information and assist you as appropriate.
